Every House of Saku odorless candle will be the heart of a ritual that will fill your home with warmth, simplicity, natural beauty, and ritual magic. Following these instructions will ensure that every moment your candle burns is full of peace and relaxation.
Guidelines for candle caring
1. Safe placement
Place lit candles at least 4 inches apart to prevent melting and potential spills.
2. Limited Burn Time
Avoid burning candles for more than 4 hours at a stretch.
3. Pause for Extended Burn
For extended burn times, extinguish the flame, let the wax harden, trim the wick, and then resume another burn session.
4. Erect Wick Care
Keep the wick upright when not burning to promote even candle burning.
5. Regular Wick Trimming
Trim the wick every 2-3 hours during burning to maintain an optimal length
6. Optimal Wick Length
Ensure the wick does not exceed 1/4 inch for a cleaner and steadier flame.
Tunelling
Long-burning candles may develop a "tunnel," common in tall candles, creating a barrier. To maintain the shape and allow new forms, monitor the candle as it burns. Initially, burn it for longer to reach the walls. For tall or square candles, tunneling is natural. Break off wall pieces to create new shapes and release the candlelight.
If candle spilled
Made of natural wax, these candles rarely spill if proper care is taken. In case of spills, extinguish, let the wax cool, and effortlessly remove it from surfaces without stains due to its chemical-free composition.
Wipe the area with a moist cloth to clear any remaining wax fragments.
